As a Specialized Analytics Manager at our company, you will be responsible for providing full leadership and supervision to your team. Your role will involve offering operational and service leadership, as well as giving direction to your team. Your supervisory responsibilities will include motivating and developing your team through professional leadership, which involves tasks such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations, as well as directing daily tasks and responsibilities. Responsibilities: - Work with large and complex data sets to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies - Identify and compile data sets using tools like SQL and Access to predict, improve, and measure the success of key business outcomes - Document data requirements, data collection, processing, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis - Specialize in marketing, risk, digital, and AML fields - Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, safeguarding the company's reputation, and managing control issues effectively Qualifications: - 8-12 years of experience - Experience in a People Manager role - Understanding of Adobe Analytics - Proficiency in SAS and Python - Strong communication skills for coordination with senior business leaders - Good understanding of financials, PNL metrics, and credit card business - Exposure to Digital Business and knowledge of Digital Performance KPIs Education: - Masters degree preferred This job description provides an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications for the Specialized Analytics Manager position.
