Role Overview: As a member of the team at one of India's leading private life insurers, your role will involve evangelizing AI/ML capabilities within the organization, collaborating with senior leadership to enhance business processes, and driving AI & Analytics projects from conceptualization to continuous monitoring. Key Responsibilities: - Evangelize and continuously educate the organization on the capabilities of AI/ML. - Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business processes and propose strategic use of AI/ML for enhancing business outcomes. - Partner with functional heads as a thought leader to address business challenges and leverage AI & Analytics solutions to manage and grow their portfolio effectively. - Translate business problems and hypotheses into analytical problems, developing solutions using AI/ML techniques to drive strategic initiatives end to end. - Define and develop approaches to scale the AI/ML agenda through various solutions. - Enable data-driven business strategy by facilitating business decision-making through storytelling with data and presenting insights to top business leaders. - Build and manage external relationships with cross-industry and academia forums to seek innovative approaches and showcase learnings. - Lead AI & Analytics projects end to end, including conceptualization, development, implementation, and continuous monitoring. - Cultivate a strong team that excels in problem-solving, continuous learning, and experimentation, thereby becoming next-generation business-focused problem solvers. Qualifications: - MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields such as mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics, etc., from top-tier institutes. - Minimum of 12-15 years of work experience (preferably post-graduation) in analytical roles.
