AVP Data Analyst

As an AVP Data Analyst at Barclays in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in spearheading the evolution of the digital landscape, driving innovation, and ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include: - Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification. - Execution of data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis. - Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing. - Development and application of advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems. - Documentation of data quality findings and recommendations for improvement. To excel in this role, you should have experience with Data and Record Governance, Change Delivery, Project Management, and proficiency in SQL, Python, or Lead Developer Experience. Additionally, Agile experience and stakeholder management skills are highly valued. The purpose of your role is to implement data quality processes and procedures, ensuring reliable and trustworthy data. You will extract actionable insights to help the organization improve its operations and optimize resources. As an Assistant Vice President, you are expected to consult on complex issues, provide advice to People Leaders, identify ways to mitigate risks, and develop new policies/procedures to support the control and governance agenda.
