Job Purpose

To ensure the achievement of Business Development to lead and oversee the development and growth of profitable refrigerant and bulk chemicals and to develop and maintain effective key agency relationship. This position will also ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities.

Business Development

To prepare the Business Development plan and oversee all elements of Marketing and Customer Relationship activity to ensure alignment and achievement of objectives for refrigerant & bulk chemicals. ? Contribution to the development and refinement of Company’s vision & strategy. ? Develop & lead the Business Development team in sourcing, managing & implementing new business opportunities. ? Well-developed understanding of marketing & business development strategy & implementation.

% contribution towards vision & strategy.

Marketing Strategy & Research

Analyse market segmentation (Geographically, Industry and Customer, Product). ? Ensure efficient & effective marketing, advertising & promotional planning through the Marketing Department. ? Competitor and market analysis. ? To develop & manage the contact strategy to best develop leads from new & existing customers. ? To understand marketing research & analysis & product recommendations to ensure all business development activities are optimized.

? % Increase in customer list and market share

Customer Relationship Management

Building & maintaining strong relationship with customers – to drive increased volume of Value Added products. ? To develop & manage the contact strategy to best develop leads from new & existing customers. ? To lead the customer strategy from a detailed understanding of both current and potential customers.

Brand image (Feedback from customer, industry, etc.)

Creating Global Brands

Product promotion through trade shows / exhibitions & customer visits & presentation. ? Engages, inspires & galvanize the organization around the brand vision, position & strategies so they are clear in bringing them to life in their areas of functional expertise. ? Execute packaging designs consistent with a determined communications hierarchy and a global style guide. ? Analyze consumer trends and information, and categories to help identify product categories to ensure as future sources of growth. ? Leads and collaborates with research & engineering to develop and execute innovation platform pathways, product innovation and renovation. ? Leads global brand planning process by developing and executing annual brand target setting & innovation review and brand strategy review. Also participate in

People Management

Build and lead an effective and cohesive management team. ? Responsible for assessing training needs and ensuring that the relevant level of training, development and coaching is available to all team members. ? To lead, coach and motivate the Marketing and Customer Relationship teams. ? To work as part of team to achieve the group and departmental standards. ? Work together with other departments and divisions within the organization to identify any process improvements and improve standards, efficiency and profitability. ? Self development and continuing personal development

Compliance sustainability and integrity

? Ensure all activities under his/her control and supervision are compliant with all the laws of land and statutory requirement. ? Review Compliance Status and take necessary action to mitigate any non-compliance as identify. ? Conduct all operation of function, ensuring social responsibility and accountabilities by following the company guideline of the same. ? Review activity under control and take action to make the same sustainable as per the company sustainability principle. ? Be responsible for ethical operation under his control. ? Be responsible for prevention, detection and reporting of bribery and other forms of corruption including breach of code of conduct and other company regulation. ? Avoid all such activity that could lead to or imply breach of code of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption etc. ? Immediately report any incidents related to social responsibility violations and anticorruption / Anti Bribery process deviation

Educational Qualifications

Minimum Qualification -
B.E. / B. Tech in Chemical
