Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aviation Trainer at our Sangli location with Experience as a cabincrew background for atleast 8 to 10 years . The Aviation Trainer will be responsible for delivering professional training to students, including cabin crew and ground staff preparation, hospitality, and customer service skills. The role involves designing, planning, and delivering classroom and practical training sessions, assessing and monitoring student progress, and fostering personal development. The trainer will be expected to ensure a high standard of training delivery to create confident, job-ready individuals who excel in their professional careers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in aviation operations, cabin crew training, and ground staff procedures
• Proficiency in hospitality management, customer service, and soft skills training
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
• Ability to mentor, guide, and inspire students through professional coaching
• Experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, and delivering training programs
• Prior experience in the aviation or hospitality industry is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in aviation, hospitality management, education, or a related field
