Avaya Engineer

You will be responsible for assisting in the availability of the voice infrastructure. This includes configuring and performing preventative and on-call maintenance on various telecom equipment such as PBX, telephone switches, switch-based and IP phones, voice mail, and cabling including voice, data, fiber, and other related equipment and services. You will also be involved in coordinating with equipment and service providers. Key Responsibilities: - Possessing IT related education - Demonstrating solid PBX and Avaya experience with Avaya Certification being an advantage - Having knowledge in troubleshooting Avaya PBX, Automatic Call Distribution/Call Management System, Interactive Voice Response System, Voice Mail, and Call Accounting Systems - Installing, troubleshooting, and designing network and telephony systems - Having at least 3 years of working experience in telecommunication, either data or voice networks Qualifications Required: - Reasoning skills - Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills - Strong interpersonal and communications skills - Client and service orientation - Solid English communications skills - Problem-solving skills (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
