Avaya Engineer

You will be responsible for assisting in the availability of the voice infrastructure. This includes configuring and performing preventative and on-call maintenance on telecom equipment such as PBX, telephone switches, switch-based and IP phones, voice mail, and cabling including voice, data, fiber, and other related equipment and services. You will also coordinate with equipment and service providers to ensure smooth operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Possessing IT related education - Having solid PBX and Avaya experience, with Avaya Certification being an advantage - Demonstrating knowledge in troubleshooting Avaya PBX, Automatic Call Distribution/Call Management System, Interactive Voice Response System, Voice Mail, and Call Accounting Systems - Installing, troubleshooting, and designing network and telephony systems - Having at least 3 years of working experience in telecommunications, either data or voice networks Apart from technical skills, soft skills required for this role include: - Reasoning skills - Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills - Strong interpersonal and communications skills - Client and service orientation - Solid English communications skills - Problem-solving abilities If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them.,
