Assist in installation, commissioning, and support of professional audio-visual (AV) systems at client sites.
Conduct routine site visits for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers for smooth execution and timely delivery of solutions.
Perform basic configuration of AV hardware (speakers, microphones, DSPs, amplifiers, display systems).
Maintain site documentation and communicate work progress to seniors and clients.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company standards during installation.
Travel to various project locations within Maharashtra and Goa as required.
13 years hands-on experience in AV systems installation, technical support, or related field. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience for Auditoriums, 5-Star hotel AV systems, Educational campuses AV systems & related domains.
Must own a two-wheeler vehicle for site travel.
Willingness to work on-site and travel for projects across the state and Goa.
Basic understanding of AV equipment (audio, video, control systems) and cabling practices.
Communication skills: Good spoken and written English; ability to interact professionally with clients and team.
Demonstrated reliability, sincerity, and readiness to learn.
Qualification: Diploma/ITI/Engineering in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or relevant discipline, Training & Growth
On-the-job training provided by senior staff and leadership team.
