Job Description

Job Title: Automotive Testing & Validation Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Location: Raigarh

Collaborate with design, R&D, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
Develop test plans and validation strategies for new and existing products based on requirements and specifications.
Set up and maintain test environments including hardware, software, instrumentation, and fixtures.
Analyze test data and document results with clear reporting of defects, trends, and root causes.
Develop automated test scripts and frameworks to improve efficiency and repeatability.
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback from a validation perspective.
Support failure analysis and corrective action processes
Prepare technical documentation including validation reports, traceability matrices, and certification packages.

Mandatory Skills:

Diploma / B.E. / Btech - Electrical
1 to 5 Years of experience in Automotive domain.
Focus on ECU, ADAS, powertrain, and vehiclelevel validation
Experience with testing tools and equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, DAQ systems, or automation tools.
Knowledge of test methodologies including functional, regression, environmental, and reliability testing.
Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN, Canoe, UDS Diagnostics
Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DAQ systems
Strong acumen to Fault Diagnosis, RCA preparation and troubleshooting
Perform EMC/EMI, thermal cycling, and reliability tests
