Automotive Spare Parts Cataloging Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Spare Parts Cataloging Engineer to join our team in the automotive sector. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate, user-friendly spare parts listings. You will collaborate closely with design, production, and after-sales teams while ensuring smooth integration with ERP/DMS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain spare parts catalogues.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in parts listings for easy identification and ordering.
• Work closely with design, production, and after-sales teams to gather and validate technical information.
• Interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and engineering data to support cataloguing activities.
• Support the after-sales team by providing technical documentation and parts-related information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in spare parts cataloguing, technical documentation, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, components, and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
