Job Description

We are hiring skilled and experienced Service Advisors for a leading automotive dealership in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing service estimates, coordinating repair orders, and ensuring excellent customer service in the service department.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates for vehicle services and repairs.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle requirements and status updates.

Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely completion of jobs.

Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualification: Diploma or ITI (Mandatory)

Experience: 3–5 years in any authorized dealership

Languages: Hindi and English

Working Hours: 10 hours/day (9+1), 6 days/week

Age Limit: 21 – 35 years

Other: Candidate should be presentable, smart, and well-groomed.

Must be ready to travel within a week.

Accommodation & Medical: Provided by the company (shared bachelor accommodation).

Passport Requirement: Only ECNR passport holders are eligible (ECR not accepted).
