Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an Automotive Painter. The role involves preparing vehicles for painting by sanding, filling, and masking surfaces. The Automotive Painter will be responsible for mixing paints, color matching, and applying paint coatings using spray guns. Additionally, the role includes inspecting painted surfaces for quality and making any necessary touch-ups. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications Proficiency in surface preparation, sanding, filling, and masking techniques Experience with paint mixing, color matching, and application using spray guns Attention to detail and quality control skills for inspecting and touching up painted surfaces Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Previous experience in automotive painting and relevant certifications are a plus Show more Show less
