Automotive Painter

Bright Oilfield is looking for an experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, priming, and painting automotive and industrial components to a high standard of quality and durability. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical specifications and safety procedures in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming as per specifications.

• Mix and apply paint (e.g., epoxy, enamel, polyurethane, Xylan, etc.) using spray guns and other equipment.

• Follow job cards, paint thickness requirements, and customer specifications.

• Perform visual and DFT (dry film thickness) checks to ensure coating quality.

• Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly.

• Ensure safety and environmental compliance while handling chemicals and tools.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the painting booth and surrounding area.

• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspection and final release.

• Assist in material handling and recordkeeping of paint and consumables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
