Bright Oilfield is looking for an experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, priming, and painting automotive and industrial components to a high standard of quality and durability. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical specifications and safety procedures in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming as per specifications. Mix and apply paint (e.g., epoxy, enamel, polyurethane, Xylan, etc.) using spray guns and other equipment. Follow job cards, paint thickness requirements, and customer specifications. Perform visual and DFT (dry film thickness) checks to ensure coating quality. Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly. Ensure safety and environmental compliance while handling chemicals and tools. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the painting booth and surrounding area. Coordinate with QA/QC for inspection and final release. Assist in material handling and recordkeeping of paint and consumables. Job Posting Number - Quality Inspector-223 Job description Responsible for inspecting coated and plated products, to ensure they meet specified standards and quality requirements. Perform visual and dimensional checks, maintain records, report deviations, and support process improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities: Conduct precision inspections of machined parts to ensure compliance with specifications. Utilize precision measurement tools, such as micrometers and calipers. Perform first-article inspections and in-process checks during machining. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records. Identify and report non-conformities, defects, or deviations. Support continuous improvement efforts in the machining process. Collaborate with machinists and engineers to address quality concerns. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Complete titrations for platings Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or technical certifications is a plus. Mandatory prior experience in quality inspection, preferably in a manufacturing or precision machining setting. Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment and inspection tools.
