Language Proficiency:
· Fluency in Hindi, English, and all major South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam) is required.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a Diploma in Automobile Engineering
· Minimum 2+ years of experience in the mechanical or automobile industry, with a strong focus on technical processes
Key Skills:
· In-depth knowledge of the automobile industry
· Hands-on experience in mechanical and automobile technical domains
· Experience with vehicle systems, including wiring harnesses, electrical components, and
diagnostic troubleshooting
· Strong capabilities in troubleshooting and providing remote technical support to service advisors
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound queries from dealers and provide Level 1 (L1) support for technical issues, with the ability to assist on Level 2 (L2) concerns when needed
· Perform daily follow-ups on open/pending issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
· Make outbound calls, if necessary, to confirm issue closure and gather Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) feedback
· Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and pending actions in the designated tracking system
· Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure smooth workflow across departments
