Role Overview: As an Automobile Trainer for 2W, 4W & Truck, your primary responsibility will be to deliver classroom-based technical training on automobile systems, emphasizing fuel efficiency techniques, BS6 emission norms, and Electric Vehicle (EV) technologies. You will play a crucial role in enhancing trainees" theoretical knowledge and preparing them for industry requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver theory-based classroom training sessions covering: - Basic and advanced concepts of 2W, 4W, and Truck technology - Fuel-efficient driving and servicing techniques - BS6 emission norms, components, and system operations - EV fundamentals, battery technology, and safety protocols - Utilize effective teaching methods such as presentations, videos, case studies, and visual aids. - Update and customize training materials to align with current industry standards. - Conduct written/oral assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners. - Maintain attendance records, learning progress reports, and batch documents. - Coordinate with the internal team for scheduling, reporting, and trainee engagement. - Ensure alignment with the program curriculum, whether NSQF/NOS or industry-based. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: ITI/Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or Vehicle Maintenance. - Experience: Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in the automobile service sector. - In-depth knowledge of fuel systems, BS6 technology, and basic EV concepts. - Prior classroom training or teaching experience preferred. Skills & Competencies: - Strong subject knowledge in automotive systems, particularly BS6 & EV. - Effective communication and classroom facilitation skills. - Ability to explain technical concepts in the local language and simple terms. - Proficiency in using basic computer tools such as PPTs, PDFs, Email, etc. - Passion for teaching and mentoring adult learners.
