JOB DESCRIPTION EXECUTIVE – SALES OFFICER

Job Grade - Sales officer

ORGANISATION RELATIONSHIPS

Report to : LOB Manager/Branch Manager

Coordination with: Employees, Customers, Finance, Insurance, RTO etc.

Internal: All Depts.

External: Customers, TML
Gender : Male candidates Only

* Maintain Knowledge of product & end-use applications, competitors

* Make cold calls to generate leads

* Follow up on Leads and engage with potential buyers to convert them into customers

* Achieve planned sales targets (Vehicles, AMC, s Delight Cards, etc.)

* Update the system on sales prospects in TABS

* Attend monthly DRCD meetings with LOBs and Cluster Managers

* Participate in marketing campaigns in the allotted territory

* Coordinate and collaborate with support functions (like PDI, Insurance, Finance, etc.) to

ensure a seamless and delightful experience for the customer.

* Customer Relationship Management & Customer Data Management

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL INDUSTRY OR AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY ONLY
Retail industry candidates will be considered as freshers while Automobile sector candidates will be getting salary hike on previous salary
