We are seeking a Shift Manager (SM) for our prestigious client. The ideal candidate should have QSR experience, with fluency in English being mandatory. The role entails handling staff members during assigned shifts, creating shift schedules, and managing last-minute absences. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential for this position. The candidate must be a male between 18-34 years of age, available for rotational shifts and week-offs, and an immediate joinee.
