Job Summary

Lords Automative Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automobile Design Engineer with expertise in 2D/3D CAD design, modeling, and jig designing. The role involves developing accurate 3D models, converting scanned data to CAD, and preparing essential design documentation for automotive projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop 2D and 3D models for automotive components.
• Perform 3D modeling (Automobile) using CAD tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or NX.
• Execute scanning to modeling and convert surface data into 3D models.
• Work on skin panel to thickening processes for accurate modeling.
• Design jigs and fixtures for automotive components.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and maintain project documentation.
• Develop and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to design activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of 2D/3D design and modeling software.
• Hands-on experience in automotive 3D modeling and jig design.
• Good understanding of scanning to CAD conversion.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong technical mindset.
