You will be responsible for decomposing business processes into observability requirements and developing dashboards for critical business processes utilizing Dynatrace dashboards and/or Dynatrace Business Events on SaaS. Your role will involve defining and implementing the observability strategy and roadmap in alignment with the business objectives and IT architecture vision. You will design and develop observability solutions following industry best practices and standards. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to the performance monitoring engineers to ensure the quality and consistency of observability solutions while being hands-on and accountable for delivery. Providing observability training, coaching, and mentoring to IT staff and promoting the observability culture and mindset throughout the organization will also be key. You will analyze and report on observability metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. **Required Skills:** - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dynatrace observability at the Engineering/Architect level. - Deep expertise and hands-on experience in observability and monitoring technologies and tools, such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and SolarWinds. - 3+ years of experience leveraging Dynatrace SaaS, DQL, and Logs on Grail. - Expertise in developing monitoring dashboards. - Experience in developing Dynatrace dashboards for business processes, preferably leveraging Dynatrace Business Events. - Experience in designing and implementing observability solutions for complex, distributed systems and applications. - Strong automation/scripting skills. - Expertise in enterprise architecture and familiarity with key design patterns and paradigms. - Experience working with DevOps, CI/CD, and agile methodologies. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in developing and maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, and procedures. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,

You are an experienced VMware to Hypervisor Migration Engineer with over 5 years of experience located in Chennai. Your main responsibility will be to lead and support the migration of virtual workloads from VMware environments to alternative hypervisors such as KVM, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV, or other open-source solutions. You should have a strong understanding of VMware infrastructure, expertise in multiple hypervisor platforms, and a track record of successfully planning and executing virtualization migration projects. Your key responsibilities include assessing the existing VMware infrastructure, designing migration strategies based on business needs and technical requirements, conducting proof of concepts for alternate hypervisors, leading end-to-end migration processes, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity, collaborating with other teams for seamless integration, troubleshooting issues, documenting the migration process, and providing training to internal IT teams post-migration. To excel in this role, you must possess strong experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, as well as deep knowledge of alternate hypervisors like KVM, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV, or Proxmox. Hands-on experience with virtual machine conversion tools, familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems, networking, storage systems, and cloud integrations is essential. As a candidate, you will build emulation/fpga prototyping platforms, develop efficient verification methodologies, execute to the validation plan, and debug issues seen during validation. You will define, develop, and perform functional validation for GPUs, focusing on the interaction of GPUs, media, display, and system-level features. Additionally, you will work with architecture, design, verification, board, platform, and manufacturing teams to maintain and improve debug, validation test strategy, methodologies, and processes for graphics interfaces to meet desired product specifications. The ideal candidate will exhibit analytical skills and possess a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM degree with 3+ years of industry experience, or a Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM degree with 1+ years of industry experience. Knowledge of Computer Architecture, Microarchitecture Fundamentals, functional testing, pre-silicon validation techniques, tools, simulation, debug/troubleshooting, Zebu emulation, fpga prototyping, acceleration platforms, software programming in C/C++, and automation/scripting are required qualifications. Preferred qualifications include a deep understanding of HW/FW flows, experience and hands-on skills with LTB, ITP, Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Scan dumps, and in-circuit Emulators.
