The Global Supplier Connectivity team is dedicated to delivering secure connectivity services to Suppliers and Trade Partners. This includes managing firewalls (both physical and virtual), virtual hosting systems, VPN solutions, management tools, security systems, and remote access solutions such as Zscaler & Prisma. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and auditing the security of connections and accesses to internal resources within the Company. This position will require you to work collaboratively with team members located in Valencia (Spain), Chennai (India), and Dearborn (USA). Required Education: - Bachelors Degree in Networks or Computer Science. - Proficiency in English language (at least C1 level). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills based on Ford+ Behaviors. - Demonstrated conflict management skills. You will be responsible for decomposing business processes into observability requirements and developing dashboards for critical business processes utilizing Dynatrace dashboards and/or Dynatrace Business Events on SaaS. Your role will involve defining and implementing the observability strategy and roadmap in alignment with the business objectives and IT architecture vision. You will design and develop observability solutions following industry best practices and standards. Your main responsibility will be to lead and support the migration of virtual workloads from VMware environments to alternative hypervisors such as KVM, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV, or other open-source solutions. You should have a strong understanding of VMware infrastructure, expertise in multiple hypervisor platforms, and a track record of successfully planning and executing virtualization migration projects. Your key responsibilities include assessing the existing VMware infrastructure, designing migration strategies based on business needs and technical requirements, conducting proof of concepts for alternate hypervisors, leading end-to-end migration processes, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity, collaborating with other teams for seamless integration, troubleshooting issues, documenting the migration process, and providing training to internal IT teams post-migration.
