Automation Testing with Java Selenium

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at BMC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our complex and distributed software products. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance within software product development. - 3+ years of experience in test case automation development using Selenium & Java. - Familiarity with databases such as Postgres, SQL, or Oracle. - Proficiency in managing automation frameworks and running regression suites. - Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Github, and Code collaborator. - Previous work on large-scale enterprise products with n-tier architecture. While the following skills are not mandatory, they would be beneficial for your growth within our team: - Experience working with Agile development methodology and virtual teams. - Knowledge of CI/CD using Jenkins and scripting for continuous testing. - Exposure to container-based applications on platforms like Kubernetes or OpenShift. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCI. - Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
