Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Robot Framework, Python, and Selenium.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, automation workflows, and effort estimations.• Ensure adherence to software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with developers to identify and resolve issues.• Perform Web Accessibility testing and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.• Write optimized database queries for data validation, test automation, and backend verification.• Monitor automation execution, analyze test results, and generate detailed reports.• Participate in code reviews, framework improvements, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.• Work closely with the QA and development teams to improve overall product quality and performance
