Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Automation Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java and Selenium . The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation test scripts to ensure product quality and seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Java and Selenium WebDriver . Collaborate with development and QA teams to define test strategies and test plans. Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks. Execute regression, functional, integration, and smoke testing cycles. Report and track defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution. Participate in code reviews and contribute to automation best practices. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI . Maintain detailed test documentation and provide clear test metrics and reports. Mandatory Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Java programming for automation. Proven expertise in Selenium WebDriver for web application testing. Experience with testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber . Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC , and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Good understanding of XPath, CSS Selectors , and DOM structure for element identification. Experience with version control tools like Git.
