Automation Tester TL

As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing system specifications. You will collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans, executing test cases (manual or automated) and analyzing results. Evaluating product code according to specifications and creating logs to document testing phases and defects will be part of your daily tasks. Reporting bugs and errors to development teams, helping troubleshoot issues, and conducting post-release/post-implementation testing are crucial responsibilities you will handle. Furthermore, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role. Project management experience and familiarity with QA methodology are essential. Knowledge of Agile frameworks and regression testing will be advantageous. You must demonstrate the ability to document and troubleshoot errors, along with a working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, Zephyr) and SQL. Excellent communication skills, an analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude, and strong organizational skills are key attributes for success in this position. A BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance testing.
