Automation Tester

JD – SOFTWARE TESTER (2-4 YRS)

{ScriptBytes} is looking for Software Testers with experience in Automated and Manual testing. A strong analytical and technically adept individual who can work independently and, in a team, with good communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for thorough testing of the software as per business requirements and to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose. The candidate will be responsible for finding bugs and issues before it gets deployed to everyday users. He / She should be capable of designing test suites and should have the ability to understand usability issues.

Skills / Requirements

Experience: 2-4 years

Must Have: Automation testing experience, System testing, Test scenarios, Test lead, Test cases, Test design and Test execution.

Good to Have: Manual testing.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with software developers & support teams to analyze the market & client requirements.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases for module, integration, and system testing.
• Prepare and execute test data and test cases.
• Defect / Bug / Error Tracking
• Prepare testing technique reports.

Desired Attributes

• Best to have hands on experience into Automation testing
• Experience with any MVC Framework
• Hands on knowledge of any source control Git
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process will be a bonus
• Exposure to testing frameworks for the Unit test, Integration test, and automated testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to continuously learn new skills to keep abreast of industry trends.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Good understanding of the software development process

Qualification

B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication / BSC IT / BCA/ MCA.
