Back Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers Define and implement QA metrics and standards Coordinate and oversee all testing activities across multiple projects Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration of QA processes Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e g , JIRA) Proven experience in automated testing, including hands-on experience with industry-standard testing tools and frameworks (e g , Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG) Proficiency in various programming languages, such as Python, Java, Golang, Javascript for developing and maintaining automated test scripts Experience with performance testing tools, such as JMeter or LoadRunner, is highly desirable (not mandatory but very desired) Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and testing concepts (test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and diagnose software defects Analyze test results, identify defects, and report issues to the development team for timely resolution Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process, identifying areas for automation and optimization Work closely with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the software development lifecycle Stay up to date with the latest advancements in automated testing tools, technologies, and best practices Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive test automation framework Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to software quality and propose mitigation strategies Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Automation Testing (Selenium with Java/Python) Extensive experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, Java/Python API Testing (Postman/Rest Assured)-Strong experience in API Testing using Postman/Rest Assured Should be able to automate API tests and validate responses, status codes, and performance Test Management Tools (JIRA/TestRail/ALM)Proficiency in Test Case Management, Test Execution, and Defect Tracking using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or ALM Ability to create and manage Test Plans and Test Reports Bachelors degree in computer science engineering, or related field Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and collaboration skills Additional Information Job Type Full Time Work ProfileHybrid (Work from Office/ Remote) Years of Experience5-8 Years LocationBangalore What We Offer Competitive salaries and comprehensive health benefits Flexible work hours and remote work options Professional development and training opportunities A supportive and inclusive work environment
