Job Description

Greetings!

TCS is looking for

Experience: 5 - 12 Years

Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education (10th, 12th and Graduation)

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse functional and technical requirements and design automation solutions
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using UFT (Unified Functional Testing) and VBScript
Build modular and reusable automation frameworks
Create modular, reusable, and scalable automation frameworks
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Perform test execution, log defects, and track them through resolution
Collaborate with BA, development, and manual QA teams for test planning
Work closely with SMEs, BAs, Developers, and Manual QA teams to ensure test coverage
Participate in code reviews, test planning, and test strategy discussions

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with UFT, VBScript, and automation frameworks
Expertise in automation design patterns and keyword/data-driven frameworks
Windows application testing experience (UI + windows service)
Hands-on experience with test management tools (ALM, Jira)
Knowledge of SQL for test data validation
Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
Strong debugging and analytical skills
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps)
Good Understanding of cloud environments (AWS/Azure)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with API testing (Postman, SOAP UI)
Exposure to CI/CD tools and Git
Domain knowledge in BFSI is a plus
Experience testing mortgage or banking applications (LOS, underwriting, servicing, etc.)
ISTQB or similar certification

Soft skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills
Analytical thinker with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Problem-solving mindset and continuous learning attitude
