Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in automation testing using Java, Selenium, and performance testing tools, as well as experience with TestNG. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality software and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and TestNG
Develop and execute performance testing scripts using tools such as JMeter or Gatling
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools
Analyse test results and identify areas for improvement
Troubleshoot and debug automated test scripts
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in automation testing
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on automation testing best practices

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in automation testing using Java, Selenium, and TestNG
Strong knowledge of Java programming language, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG
Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling
Strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
