Role Overview

QA Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using

  Selenium WebDriver

• Perform manual testing for functional, regression, and system testing
• Implement and maintain

  Data-Driven Automation Frameworks

• Execute test cases using

  TestNG

  and generate test reports
• Perform

  mobile automation testing

  using

  Appium

• Handle test data using

  Excel (Apache POI or equivalent)

• Validate backend data using

  SQL queries

• Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
• Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements
• Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of experience

  in Manual Testing and Automation Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Selenium WebDriver

• Experience with

  TestNG

  framework
• Knowledge of

  Data-Driven Testing Frameworks

• Hands-on experience with

  Appium

  for mobile automation
• Proficiency in

  Java programming

• Strong understanding of

  SQL queries and database concepts

• Experience in Excel handling for test data management

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking or financial services domain
• Knowledge of Agile / SDLC methodologies
• Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins is a plus)
