Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using Python and Selenium.
Perform API automation testing to validate request/response, schema, and functionality.
Identify, document, and track defects to closure using defect management systems.
Build and maintain automation frameworks, improving scalability and efficiency.
Analyze test results, identify root causes, and ensure high-quality releases.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure full test coverage.
Participate in regression testing, integration testing, and performance validation.
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration by automating test execution and reporting.

Skills Required:

Strong experience in Python-based test automation
Hands-on exposure with Selenium WebDriver for UI/Web testing
Solid experience in API automation (REST / SOAP)
Knowledge of automation frameworks such as PyTest / Robot / Behave / Hybrid
Experience in test case design, scripting, and execution
Good understanding of ETL testing and data validation (added advantage)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitLab) (preferred)
Experience with SQL for validating backend data (optional)
