Job Summary

Automation Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, review, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios for Web and API applications.
Perform
functional, regression, smoke, UI, usability, and exploratory testing
to ensure application quality.
Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as
JIRA
or
TFS
, ensuring timely closure.
Conduct
cross-browser and cross-platform testing
across different devices.
Design, develop, and maintain
automated test scripts
using Selenium.
Automate API testing using
Postman
and
RestAssured
.
Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines (
Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
).
Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks for improved efficiency.
Analyze automation test results and provide feedback to the development team.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure full test coverage.

Must-Have Skills

19 years
of experience in Software Testing (Manual + Automation).
Strong expertise in
API Testing
and
UI Testing
.
Hands-on experience with
Selenium
for UI automation.
Proficiency with
Postman
and
RestAssured
for API automation.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (
Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
).
Strong analytical and debugging skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to take full ownership of assigned work and deliver quality results.
