Automation Test Analyst

As an Automation Test Analyst in Perth, you will join an agile multi-disciplinary development team focused on cutting-edge mine automation solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the automation test framework, integrating it with the CI/CD pipeline, writing and executing test scripts, and generating test coverage reports. You will collaborate closely with product teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure that the test scope aligns with technological requirements. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as an Automation Test Analyst or in a similar position. Proficiency in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and hands-on expertise in Python/.NET scripting are essential. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including user story refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and retrospectives, is crucial. Your tasks will involve designing, developing, and executing integration, system, regression, and performance tests using tools like Robot Framework, jMeter, C#/.NET, Jira, and Zephyr. You will also be responsible for creating test cases from requirements, ensuring comprehensive test coverage, and communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders. Problem-solving and collaborative planning with other team members will be key aspects of this role. Key Accountabilities for the role: 1.
