Automation Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and QA team members to ensure quality at all stages of the SDLC.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
• Perform regression testing to verify software functionality after code changes.
• Prepare test reports and communicate results to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / Appium

  or similar automation tools.
• Proficiency in

  Java / Python / JavaScript

  for test scripting.
• Experience with test management tools like

  JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr

  .
• Understanding of

  API testing

  using tools like

  Postman or RestAssured

  .
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodology.

Good to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
• Knowledge of version control tools (Git).
• Basic understanding of manual testing concepts.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
