Automation QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineers who can design and implement robust test automation solutions for enterprise-grade applications. You will work closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for web, API, and backend services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test cases for automation
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines
• Own test data management and defect lifecycle
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide accurate QA status reports

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java or Python
• Framework development with TestNG / JUnit / PyTest
• Hands-on experience with REST API automation using tools like RestAssured, Postman, or Karate
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and Jenkins/GitHub Actions
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and QA best practices

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Playwright or Cypress
• BDD frameworks like Cucumber
• Exposure to containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Basic SQL and data validation skills
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)
