As an Automation Lead at MOZARK, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of automation engineers to deliver high-quality automation solutions for enterprise clients. Your role will involve designing and developing automation scripts using various scripting languages, integrating automation flows with CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of automation projects, monitoring automation performance, and enforcing best practices for script development and deployment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of automation engineers/scripters to deliver high-quality automation solutions. - Own end-to-end delivery of automation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction. - Design and develop reusable, modular, and scalable automation scripts using scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, etc. - Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions. - Define and enforce best practices for script development, testing, and deployment. - Monitor automation performance and proactively identify areas for optimization. **Qualification Required:** - 5-8 years of experience in automation scripting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or client-facing role. - Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Mozark Automation Studio, or similar. - Experience with test orchestration platforms and device farms. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git). - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working with BFSI, Fintech, or OTT clients is a plus.
