Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy Interns to join our Automation Program and support various digital transformation initiatives across business processes. The ideal candidates should have a strong interest or basic background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation tools, with a willingness to learn and contribute in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Automation Team in identifying, analysing, and implementing process automation opportunities.
• Support in developing and testing automation workflows under guidance.
• Conduct research on emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices to support ongoing projects.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations related to automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand process workflows.
• Assist in maintaining data accuracy, monitoring automation performance, and resolving minor issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Process Automation concepts.
• Familiarity with tools like Python, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and explore automation technologies.
