Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate must have experience in the full project lifecycle, including all phases of the automation scope from conception to commissioning.
• Design, program, and commission Triconex based controls systems.
• Develop logics & HMI screens for brownfield projects, system setup in staging areas.
• Develop control system software algorithms that can handle control, alarms, and shutdowns, and sequencing for steam turbines, gas turbines, hydro turbines, surge control, AVR, process control, generator protection, load sharing, load shedding and reliability. Develop procedures for testing control systems both internally and in the field.
• Work from process and instrumentation drawings to design and implement applications in SIS system to meet requirements.
• Prepare engineering documents. (Design documents, User Guide, Test documents).
• Experienced with both greenfield implementation and upgradation/ migration projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, technical specifications, cost, scope verification, product configuration and design solutions.
• Assist with on-site engineering, start-up, application commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of process automation systems (including: controllers, HMI, network, workstations).
• Conduct system testing and participate in system integration activities.
• Provide technical support to customers, including diagnosing and resolving system issues.

Qualification:

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent to it.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Around 5 ~ 10 years of experience in design, implementation, and commissioning of

  Triconex Safety Systems projects.

• Basic knowledge in IEC 61508, 61511 and CSA/CEC.
• Comfortable working independently and handling multiple projects.
• Proven experience in servicing and troubleshooting process automation for continuous process industries like Oil&Gas, Energy or Chemicals.
• Strong knowledge of DCSs, PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems administration
• Familiarity with Ethernet networks and principles of Cybersecurity.
• Problem-solving, even under time-pressure, is required.
• Must be willing to travel internationally for 50-60% of the year to client locations (Europe, USA, UK, UAE/Gulf countries).
• Preferrable to have experience with

  US/Canada Projects.

• Preferrable to have

  USA B1 visa.
