Mechanical Engineer Static / Rotating (US/EU Projects) Work Location : Bangalore Experience: 5-10 Years Education: Bachelors / Masters in Mechanical Engineering Joining Time: 4 Weeks Software Experience/Knowledge: Must have: Compress/ PV Elite Good to have: CodeCalc / AutoCAD, Emerson AMS Machinery Manager, Key Responsibilities Prepare Datasheets and specifications for different Mechanical Static & Rotating equipment & packages. Prepare MR (Material Requisition), RFQ (Request for Proposal), TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation), Vendor document Review, and Liaison with the vendor for various packages. Should have independently handled equipment like Static Equipment : pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, Rotating Equipment : pumps, compressors & other packaged items Thorough understanding of scope, evaluates efforts, review of inputs & adhere to the schedule Should have EPC background & be well experience to work closely with vendors, client, contractors & other disciplines Proficient with different American codes like ASME Sec VIII- DIv 1 & 2, API 610, API 650, API 617, API 670, TEMA etc. Should have Code Calculation experience for different equipment using any analysis tools like PV Elite/ Compress/ CodeCalc Good to be hands-on in reviewing & developing equipment GA (General Arrangements) & Detailed Drawings for Fabrication Should be ready to learn more about rotating equipment, especially from a reliability & maintenance aspect. Preferrable to have some understanding of predictive maintenance techniques and able to use comprehensive analysis tools to identifying potential equipment issues with rotating equipments like pumps, motors, gear boxes, and fans, turbines, generators and compressors. Travel Onsite & Collaborate closely with site/ plant reliability, maintenance, and operations teams to support asset reliability programs. Automation Engineer (Triconex- Schneider Electric) Work Location : Bangalore / Hybrid/ Remote Experience: 5-10 Years Education: Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent to it. Software Experience/Knowledge: Must have: Triconex Safety Systems Good to have: Foxboro DCS/ Honeywell DCS/ Modicon PLC Key Responsibilities: Candidate must have experience in the full project lifecycle, including all phases of the automation scope from conception to commissioning. Design, program, and commission Triconex based controls systems. Develop logics & HMI screens for brownfield projects, system setup in staging areas. Develop control system software algorithms that can handle control, alarms, and shutdowns, and sequencing for steam turbines, gas turbines, hydro turbines, surge control, AVR, process control, generator protection, load sharing, load shedding and reliability. Develop procedures for testing control systems both internally and in the field. Work from process and instrumentation drawings to design and implement applications in SIS system to meet requirements. Prepare engineering documents. (Design documents, User Guide, Test documents). Experienced with both greenfield implementation and upgradation/ migration projects. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, technical specifications, cost, scope verification, product configuration and design solutions. Assist with on-site engineering, start-up, application commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of process automation systems (including: controllers, HMI, network, workstations). Conduct system testing and participate in system integration activities. Provide technical support to customers, including diagnosing and resolving system issues. Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent to it. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Around 5 ~ 10 years of experience in design, implementation, and commissioning of Triconex Safety Systems projects. Basic knowledge in IEC 61508, 61511 and CSA/CEC. Comfortable working independently and handling multiple projects. Proven experience in servicing and troubleshooting process automation for continuous process industries like Oil&Gas, Energy or Chemicals. Strong knowledge of DCSs, PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems administration Familiarity with Ethernet networks and principles of Cybersecurity. Problem-solving, even under time-pressure, is required. Must be willing to travel internationally for 50-60% of the year to client locations (Europe, USA, UK, UAE/Gulf countries). Preferrable to have experience with US/Canada Projects. Preferrable to have USA B1 visa.
