Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

BOTs Development:
Design and implement intelligent BOTs for infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and remediation.
Self-Healing Automation:
Build self-healing mechanisms using scripting languages like Python or Java to proactively resolve system issues.
Patching Automation:
Develop and maintain automation scripts for patching Unix-based systems using Bash or other shell scripting tools.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Implement and manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
AI Ops Exposure:
Leverage AI Ops platforms to enhance observability, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance.
Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve system reliability.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain clear documentation of automation workflows, BOTs logic, and patching procedures.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in
Python

Java
, and
Bash/Shell scripting
Experience with
Unix/Linux system administration
Hand on with Azure Cloud,
Hands-on with
IaC tools
(Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
Exposure to
AI Ops platforms
(e.g., Moogsoft, BigPanda, Dynatrace, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
