SUMMARY 1. Knowledge about Jigs and fixture assembly. 2. Experience in Assembly and prove out of fixtures/ Special purpose equipment. 3. Knowledge in Machine capability assessment 4. Hands on working experience in Pneumatics, Hydraulics is Preferred. 5. Knowledge in Tool room operation is required 6. Knowledge in Time study, Method study, Lean manufacturing, Pokayoke, SMED, etc 7. Knowledge in basic maintenance of assembly machines 8. Product Assembly Process knowldge - Screwing, pressing, Crimping, riveting, winding, Gluing, Testing is essential 9. Exposure to Automation machine elements is essential. 10. Latest assembly technology
