Job Description

Requirements Gathering & Delivery:

Engage with functional teams to understand workflows, pain points, and manual processes.

Identify automation opportunities that deliver measurable efficiency and ROI.

Take full accountability for automation delivery own timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.

Technical Expertise:

Build end-to-end workflows using Power Automate Cloud & Desktop .

Integrate Python scripts for data processing, API calls, and custom logic.

Develop Agentic Automations using Power Automate and Copilot , incorporating AI-driven orchestration and LLM-based decision-making.

Validate outputs with stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.

Integration & Innovation:

Connect automations with Microsoft 365 , SharePoint , Dataverse , and third-party systems (eg, SAP, Salesforce).

Leverage Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps) and explore RAG pipelines for intelligent automation.

Testing & Deployment:

Develop test suites ( Pytest , Selenium), support CI/CD pipelines, and ensure robust version control.

Collaboration & Communication:

Partner with business stakeholders to map processes and train end-users.

Collaborate with global teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

Digital Transformation Advocacy:

Promote adoption of automation tools and foster a data-driven culture.

Stay current with AI and automation technologies and recommend enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

4 -7 years of experience in automation development with Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and Python .

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform , SharePoint , and Dataverse .

Ability to quickly learn business processes and translate them into automation solutions.

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to Agentic Automations , LLM-based workflows , and AI-driven orchestration.

Familiarity with Azure Functions , Logic Apps , and conversational AI (Power Virtual Agents).

Knowledge of PowerShell , JavaScript , or other scripting languages for custom integrations.
