Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the automation efforts for various projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
Implement and manage automated testing frameworks, including basic Selenium integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in automation best practices.

Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in Python programming and scripting for automation.
Experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar automation tools.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and automation testing methodologies.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automation frameworks.
Familiarity with API automation using tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
Good understanding of version control systems like Git.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
Experience in mentoring and leading automation teams is an added advantage.
