About the Role:

Automation Engineer (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in
developing and maintaining automated test scripts
using tools like Selenium, UFT, or Cypress.
Participate in the
design and implementation of automation frameworks
.
Support the
testing of software applications, APIs, and web applications
.
Work closely with developers and QA teams to
identify automation opportunities
.
Execute automated test suites and
report defects/issues
using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
Document automation processes, test cases, and results.
Learn and apply
best practices in automation testing and continuous integration
.
Continuously
upgrade technical skills
and stay updated with automation tools and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
Strong interest in
software development, automation, and testing
.
Knowledge of
programming/scripting languages
such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Familiarity with
automation testing tools
like Selenium, UFT, or Cypress.
Basic understanding of
software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
.
Good
analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
.
Strong
communication and collaboration skills
.
