About Us: Arya Energy Limited is a leader in vehicle inspection and maintenance services, committed to ensuring road safety and regulatory compliance. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as the ATS Lane In-Charge/Supervisor.

Job Summary: The ATS Lane In-Charge/Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a specific lane within our Automobile Testing Station (ATS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motor mechanics, mechanical, automobile, or electrical engineering, with substantial experience in automobile repair and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations within the assigned lane of the ATS.
• Conduct vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide guidance and support to technicians and staff within the lane.
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Ensure all repair and maintenance activities are performed efficiently and accurately.
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs conducted in the lane.
• Coordinate with other supervisors and management to ensure smooth overall operations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Motor Mechanics, Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automobile repair and maintenance.
• Experience in an automobile workshop/bodyshop or on an OEM assembly line is desired.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic and repair tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven experience in managing a team in an automobile testing or repair facility.
• Ability to analyse data and generate detailed reports.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
