AutoCAD Revit Draughtsman / Detailer

Supports client based in Melbourne and undertakes projects from precast companies serving Australia’s east coast (Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane).

SKYVISION SOLUTIONS is currently seeking experienced Auto CAD and Revit Technician/Draftsmen for PUNE Office.

AuoCAD and Revit Technician/Draftsmen will be responsible for drawing precast concrete elements mainly for high rise buildings. Independently evaluates, selects and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Check and extract engineering information from CAD Drawings
• Interpret Architectural, Structural and Steel work drawings to produce Precast shop drawings.
• Provide sound technical expertise when applying engineering principles, techniques and methods when detailing/ tracing of concrete precast panels.
• Liaise and coordinate with the Clients as required.
• Meet delivery deadlines of each project and delivery is in conformance with time, schedule and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate the work of the project team with other engineering disciplines in Melbourne through liaison with other professionals.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 3-5 years’ experience for Auto CAD and Revit certification holders
• Engineering diploma or degree holders preferred.
• Certification in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Preferred experience in Concrete Precast Panels drafting.
• Good knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Good Spoken English.
• Be able to work independently (without monitoring) to achieve daily/weekly targets set by the Manager.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated to achieve results.

• Due to time difference between India and Australia, early start is required.
