AutoCAD Draughtsman/woman (Steel Structures)

Yes Yes Roofs is seeking a skilled and experienced AutoCAD Draughtsman to join our technical team at our Ernakulam office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings for various steel structures (PEBs, Space frames, trusses, etc.) using AutoCAD.
• Prepare precise steel structure drawings and detailing, including connection details, fabrication drawings, and erection plans.
• Create comprehensive roof structural drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate closely with structural engineers and project managers to understand requirements and resolve any design issues.
• Review and revise drawings based on technical feedback and site requirements.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, well-organized, and submitted according to project deadlines.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all drawings.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven work experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman.
• Essential: Strong portfolio and hands-on experience in Steel Structure Drawings and Detailing.
• Essential: Must be experienced and comfortable working on Roof Structural Drawings.
• Must have at least 5-7 years of total work experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman
• Solid understanding of steel fabrication processes and structural components.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
