Job Summary

Persft Company is seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and layouts in support of engineering and design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality drawings on time.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD based on specifications and sketches
Modify and revise drawings as per project requirements and feedback
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to understand design intent
Ensure drawings comply with company standards, industry codes, and regulations
Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions
Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation
Meet project deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality

Required Qualifications

Diploma or certification in Drafting, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D)
Strong understanding of drafting standards and technical drawings
Ability to read and interpret engineering or architectural plans
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in [civil / mechanical / electrical / architectural] drafting
Knowledge of basic construction or manufacturing practices
Familiarity with other design software (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks) is a plus
1–3 years of relevant drafting experience (freshers may apply if skilled

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
