Job Summary:

AutoCAD Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed

  2D and 3D models

  using AutoCAD and other design tools.
• Create

  realistic concept renderings and visual presentations

  to support design proposals.
• Collaborate closely with

  designers, architects, and engineers

  to refine and enhance project concepts.
• Ensure

  accuracy, quality, and adherence to design and project standards

  .
• Optimize rendering files for

  performance, speed, and efficiency

  .
• Stay updated with the latest design tools, materials, and visualization techniques to improve output quality.
• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and presentation materials as required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in:

  AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar modeling and rendering software.

• Experience with rendering engines:

  V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong

  visualization, spatial awareness, and concept design

  skills.
• Excellent

  attention to detail

  , accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for post-production.
• Experience in creating animation walkthroughs or VR renderings.
• Familiarity with Revit or BIM workflows.
