Job Summary:

Varsha Solar Electric, a leading EPC player in the renewable energy sector, is seeking skilled AutoCAD Design Engineers (Electrical and Civil) for our ongoing and upcoming solar projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and BOQs, and should be capable of handling the complete design scope independently.

Responsibilities:AutoCAD Electrical Design Engineer (2 Positions):

• Develop electrical layout drawings for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
• Design Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), cable routing, inverter placement, and earthing systems.
• Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on finalized electrical design.
• Ensure compliance with utility, safety, and technical standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and site execution teams for material alignment.

AutoCAD Civil Design Engineer (2 Positions):

• Create civil layout drawings including RCC foundations, MMS layout, trench plans, grading plans.
• Generate BOQs for all civil components and ensure accuracy in material estimation.
• Collaborate with site engineers to reflect on-site realities in design.
• Maintain design records and version control for client submission.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of design norms, solar project structure, and component specification.
• Must be able to prepare BOQs and take full responsibility for design scope.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EPC or solar design projects.
