AutoCAD Design Draftsman

Responsibility :

• Prepare 2D and 3D design drawings of centrifugal pumps,and related components using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Create assembly, fabrication, and detailed part drawings for pump components such as impellers, casings, shafts, and bearing housings.
• Draft general arrangement (GA) drawings, sectional views, and BOM (Bill of Materials) for production and client approval.
• Interpret design inputs, sketches, and specifications from design engineers and convert them into accurate CAD models.
• Update and revise existing designs based on engineering changes, testing feedback, or client requirements.
• Coordinate with the production, quality, and R&D teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet performance standards.
• Maintain proper drawing records, revision control, and drawing numbering systems.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and drawing files for ISO / audit purposes.
